Qimarox has developed a modular pallet lift for weights up to 1000 kg

Compact, solid and versatile machine for vertical pallet transport

Qimarox introduced a completely new pallet lift under the name ‘Prorunner mk9’. The Prorunner mk9 is a compact and robust lift that can effortlessly transport pallets up to 1000 kilograms up or down. Thanks to its modular design, the lift is durable and maintenance friendly and can be easily integrated into any environment without further engineering.

The Prorunner mk9 comes standard with a lifting platform of 1200 x 1200 millimetres. This means that the lift can handle not only euro pallets, but also product carriers with different formats like 1200 x 800 or 1200 x 1000 mm. The maximum weight is 1000 kg. Depending on the height, the Prorunner mk9 has a capacity of 60 pallets per hour.

The Prorunner mk9 can easily bridge any difference in height between 0.5 and 10.0 m. The lift is modularly constructed out of sections of at least 1250 mm high and can be raised in steps of 250 millimetres.

Infeed and outfeed along three sides

Because the complete construction and drive are concealed on one side, pallets can be fed in and out along three sides. It is also possible to use a single machine to supply multiple infeed or outfeed conveyors, so that the lift can also be used for, for example, vertical sorting.

The drive consists of a standard SEW electric motor, which can be attached at floor level or at the level of the intermediate floor, depending on your needs.

Robust and low-maintenance

The Prorunner mk9 distinguishes itself from other pallet lifts by its sturdy construction. Manufacturing the column in which the carrier moves up and down out of steel instead of aluminium has resulted in a construction which remains stable despite all the dynamic forces that arise during operation.

The lifting movement in the Prorunner mk9 is taken care of by steel cables in a durable plastic case. These cables ensure that lifting is silent and require virtually no maintenance: unlike when using chains, cables no longer need lubricating or tightening. Both purchase price and total cost of ownership are low thanks to its low-maintenance construction.
