Nieuwe modulaire palletlift voor pallets tot 2000 kilogram

Qimarox brengt met de Prorunner mk10 een uiterst robuuste productlift voor pallets tot maar liefst 2000 kilogram op de markt. Met deze lift is het mogelijk om tot zestig pallets per uur tien meter omhoog te verplaatsen. De gestandaardiseerde, modulaire lift is te integreren in elk eindverpakkings- of opslagsysteem, maar kan ook worden gebruikt in combinatie met de Highrunner mk7, de unieke palletiseermachine van Qimarox.

De Qimarox Prorunner mk10 is gebaseerd op het ontwerp van de succesvolle palletlift Prorunner mk9. Belangrijkste verschil is dat de nieuwe Prorunner mk10 is voorzien van vier in plaats van twee kolommen. Daardoor kan deze zeer robuuste lift probleemloos pallets met een gewicht tot 2000 kilogram

verplaatsen.

De Prorunner mk10 kan zonder moeite elk hoogteverschil tussen 0,40 en 10,0 meter overbruggen. Ook bij het maximale hoogteverschil van 10,0 meter is de lift met een capaciteit van zestig pallets per uur nog altijd zeer snel. De Prorunner mk10 is standaard voorzien van een hefplateau van 1200 x 1200 millimeter waarop een palletbaan kan worden gemonteerd, zodat niet alleen europallets maar ook ladingdragers met afwijkende formaten zoals blokpallets kunnen worden verwerkt.

In combinatie met palletiseermachine

De Prorunner mk10 kan stand alone worden gebruikt, maar ook in combinatie met de Highrunner mk7, de unieke palletiseermachine van Qimarox. Met de Highrunner mk7 worden de aangevoerde producten door een gepatenteerde formeerschuif samen geschoven tot rijen of lagen die in één keer op een pallet kunnen worden geplaatst.

Bij de Higrunner bevindt de formeerbaan zich op hoogte, terwijl de pallet dankzij de Prorunner mk10 op en neer kan bewegen. De bovenkant van de pallet bevindt zich daardoor altijd op dezelfde hoogte als de formeerbaan, wat zorgt voor een kortere cyclustijd en hogere capaciteit. Dankzij de introductie van deze nieuwe palletlift is het nu dus mogelijk om producten te palletiseren tot een gewicht van 2000 kilogram per pallet.

In- en uitvoeren langs vier zijden

Dankzij de constructie met vier kolommen kunnen pallets langs vier zijden worden ingevoerd of uitgevoerd. Ook is het mogelijk om met één machine meerdere invoer- of uitvoerniveaus te bedienen, zodat de lift kan worden gebruikt voor bijvoorbeeld verticaal sorteren. Omdat de lift is opgebouwd uit standaard secties, kan de hoogte in stappen van 250 millimeter worden vergroot. De aandrijving bestaat standaard uit een SEW-elektromotor, eventueel voorzien van een frequentieregelaar, die afhankelijk van de wens op vloerniveau of op het niveau van de tussenvloer kan worden bevestigd.

Dankzij het volledig gestandaardiseerde en modulaire ontwerp biedt de Prorunner mk10 een korte terugverdientijd en een lage ‘total cost of ownership’. De lift is uitsluitend gebouwd op basis van standaard componenten die eenvoudig te vervangen zijn. De constructie met stalen in plaats van aluminium kolommen zorgt voor grote stabiliteit ondanks alle dynamische krachten die zich tijdens het gebruik voordoen. Voor de hijsbeweging is de Prorunner mk10 uitgerust met stalen ketting die zorgen voor de hijsbeweging en gespannen hoeven te worden door gebruik van een contragewicht.

Standaard uitvoering

De Prorunner mk10 kan worden uitgerust met een aangedreven rollenbaan voor de in- en uitvoer van pallets, maar het is ook mogelijk om een pallettransportsysteem van externe partij zoals een machinefabrikant of system integrator te integreren. De besturing van de lift kan eveneens door een externe partijen worden verzorgd, wat de volledige integratie in bijvoorbeeld een compleet eindverpakkings- of opslagsysteem vergemakkelijkt.

History

Qimarox emerged from Nedpack, which was established in 1995. From the beginning, Nedpack had a strong focus on the manufacture of palletisers and product elevators. Today, Nedpack supplies various types of components to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and system integrators worldwide. A few examples are the Prorunner mk1 product elevator, the Prorunner mk5 vertical conveyor, and the Highrunner mk7 palletiser, a series that will be further extended in the coming years. These components are traditionally very common in production and final packaging lines, especially in the food industry, but also in other sectors. In recent years, product elevators have also increasingly found a ready market in warehouses and distribution centres.

Because of the difference in activities, the Components Division was split off from Nedpack in 2012 and transferred to Qimarox. While Nedpack now only focuses on the design, integration, service, and maintenance of complete end-of-line packaging systems, Qimarox focuses purely on the development and production of key components for original equipment manufacturers and system integrators.

Two branches
