Risparmio sui costi energetici

L'avvolgitore con film estensibile é estremamente compatto ed é equipaggiato con quattro bracci di tensionamento per tendere al massimo il tubolare elastico e avvolgerlo sul pallet con il carico. Quando i bracci di tensionamento rilasciano il tubolare elastico, le scatole, i sacchi o altri prodotti vengono immobilizzati nel pallet grazie alle proprietà elastiche della pellicola. Dato che i quattro bracci possono spostarsi in due direzioni in orizzontale, l'avvolgitore con film estensibile può applicare un tubolare elastico su pallet di qualsiasi formato.

Ciò che rende straordinaria la macchina è l'assenza di tecnologie ad assorbimento energetico, come i sistemi pneumatici ed idraulici per azionare i bracci di tensionamento. Qimarox adds standard stretch-hood machine to its product range

After a ring wrapper, Qimarox has now also added a standard stretch hood machine to its range of material handling components. This innovative stretch hood machine distinguishes itself in the market by its lack of power-hungry technologies such as pneumatics and hydraulics. Like the previously introduced ring wrapper, this packaging machine can also be integrated with the palletising module of Qimarox in a complete final packaging system.

The Qimarox Highrunner mk7 is a modular, serially produced palletising module which can swiftly stack final packages of various shapes and sizes on pallets. Thanks to Qimarox’s latest addition to its range of material handling components, system partners of Qimarox can now supply complete systems for both palletising and packaging of pallets. End customers are therefore assured of a pallet with load that is not only secured and stabilised, but also guaranteed to be packaged both waterproof and dustproof.

Save on energy costs

This extremely compact stretch hood machine has four tensioning arms that can stretch a stretch wrap taut and pull it over the loaded pallet. When the tensioning arms release the stretch hood, the boxes, bags or other products on the pallet can no longer move due to the elasticity of the film. Because the four tensioning arms can move horizontally in two directions, the stretch wrapper can wrap any size of pallet.

What makes the machine unique is its lack of power-hungry technologies such as pneumatics and hydraulics to power the tensioning arms. Energy consumption is thus minimised, allowing end customers to save up to €3,500 on energy costs each year. In addition, the machine excels in ease of maintenance. Inspection of the machine or replacement of wearing parts can all take place at ground level, so moving machine parts are not required for service and maintenance work.

A Qimarox criou um embalador de película retrátil rápido e fiável que, tal como os seus módulos de paletização, são vendidos exclusivamente a fabricantes de equipamento original e integradores de sistemas. Este embalador rotativo bastante versátil consegue envolver com película, de modo fiável, até 100 paletes por hora (opcionalmente impermeável e com resistência ao pó). Uma vez que o Embalador Rotativo OEM pode ser facilmente integrado com os módulos de paletização da Qimarox, os custos de integração e de hardware das linhas de embalagem final ficam ainda mais reduzidos.

Neste momento, o Highrunner mk7 da Qimarox está a vender muito bem. O Embalador Rotativo OEM está equipado com um sistema de pré-estiramento especial, que consegue esticar a película em 300%. Uma vez que é a película que roda, e não a palete, mesmo as paletes mais instáveis podem ser facilmente embaladas com película.

Paletes perfeitamente embaladas

O Embalador Rotativo OEM pode começar e parar a embalagem a qualquer altura, para que as paletes empilhadas possam ser estabilizadas em separado, por exemplo. O sistema especial de corte e aquecimento da película aplica uma linha de junção de colagem dupla, com controlo da temperatura e do tempo de colagem, criando paletes perfeitamente embaladas sem pedaços de película em suspenso.
