Der OEM Ringwrapper kann auf jeder Höhe mit dem Wickeln starten und stoppen, sodass beispielsweise auch gestapelte Paletten gesondert stabilisiert werden können. Das durchdachte Folienschweiß- und Schneidesystem bringt eine doppelte Schweißnaht bei kontrollierter Temperatur und Schweißzeit an. Das Ergebnis: perfekt gewickelte Paletten ohne lose hängende Folie. Das bedeutet, dass diese Paletten keine Störungen in automatischen Lagersystemen verursachen werden. Der OEM Ringwrapper bietet die Möglichkeit, automatisch ein Blatt einzulegen, wodurch die Paletten je nach Wickelprogramm Staub dicht oder sogar wasserdicht verpackt werden können.

Qimarox introduces standard, high capacity OEM Ringwrapper

Easy to use and maintain, low in price

Qimarox has released a fast and reliable stretch wrapper, which, like its palletising modules, are sold exclusively to OEMs and system integrators. This versatile ring wrapper can reliably wrap up to 100 pallets in foil per hour (optionally dustproof and waterproof). Because the OEM Ringwrapper can be easily integrated in combination with the palletising modules of Qimarox, the integration and hardware costs of final packaging lines are even further reduced.

Qimarox’s Highrunner mk7 is selling well at the moment. The Highrunner mk7 is a modular, serially produced palletiser, which is often used in conjunction with a shrink wrapper. Expanding the product range with a standard ring wrapper will reduce integration and hardware costs even further. After all, similar to its palletising modules and other components, Qimarox’s OEM Ringwrapper is supplied without a control system. This allows system integrators to combine the control system of both the palletiser and the ring wrapper (and any other system components) in a single control unit.

Modular design

The OEM Ringwrapper is a ring wrapper with a steel construction resting on four columns. The result is a shrink wrapper which is more stable and robust than turntable or rotary arm wrappers, which is therefore able to reach higher speeds of up to 100 pallets per hour. The OEM Ringwrapper is provided with a special pre-stretch system, which can stretch the film by 300%. Partly because the foil is applied under constant tension and batched, relatively little film is needed for stabilisation of the load. Because the film rotates, rather than the pallet, even the most unstable of stacked pallets can also be easily wrapped in foil.

Perfectly wrapped pallets

The OEM Ringwrapper can start and stop wrapping at any height, so that stacked pallets can also be stabilised separately, for example. The special film welding and cutting system applies a double welded seam at a controlled temperature and welding time, which makes for perfectly wrapped pallets with no loose bits of foil hanging off them. This means that these pallets won’t cause problems in automated storage systems. The OEM Ringwrapper also has an option for automatically applying a cover sheet, so the pallets can be made dustproof, or even waterproof, depending on the wrapping program.

Its unique design makes the OEM Ringwrapper very easy to use and maintain and cheap to buy. The optional automatic system for the exchange of film rolls helps avoid unnecessary downtime of the machine. The modular design with as many standard components as possible makes it easy to repair or replace parts. Because the OEM Ringwrapper is a standardised machine that is produced in series, the production costs and therefore also the purchase costs are low in comparison with similar shrink wrappers.

Qimarox introduceert standaard O.E.M.- ringwikkelaar met hoge capaciteit

Eenvoudig in gebruik en onderhoud, goedkoop in aanschaf

Qimarox brengt een snelle en betrouwbare foliewikkelmachine op de markt die, net als de palletiseer modules, exclusief verkocht wordt aan O.E.M’ers en systeem integratoren. Met deze veelzijdige ringwikkelaar kunnen tot 100 pallets per uur stabiel en desgewenst stofdicht of waterdicht in folie worden gewikkeld. Omdat de O.E.M. Ring Wrapper eenvoudig geïntegreerd kan worden in combinatie met de palletiseermodules van Qimarox, gaan de integratie- en hardwarekosten van eindverpakkingslijnen nog verder omlaag. 

Qimarox boekt momenteel veel succes met de Highrunner mk7, de modulaire, seriematig geproduceerde palletiseermachine die vaak in combinatie met een foliewikkelmachine wordt ingezet. Door het productgamma uit te breiden met een standaard ringwikkelaar gaan de integratie- en hardwarekosten nog verder omlaag. Net als de palletiseermodules en andere componenten levert Qimarox de O.E.M. Ring Wrapper immers zonder besturing. Dat stelt system integratoren in staat om de besturing van zowel de palletiseermachine als de ringwikkelaar en eventuele andere systeemcomponenten in één besturingskast te combineren.

Qimarox onderscheidt zich met zijn aanbod van andere material handling-producenten, die hun componenten standaard met besturingskast leveren. Het resultaat daarvan is dat elke component van een verpakkingslijn geheel onnodig zijn eigen besturingskast heeft, terwijl in principe één besturingskast voor het hele systeem volstaat. Met de componenten van Qimarox kunnen system integratoren bovendien de besturing en de integratie van de verschillende componenten vereenvoudigen. 

Modulair ontwerp

Net als de verticaal transportsystemen en palletiseermachines van Qimarox onderscheidt deze machine zich met een hoge capaciteit, goede kwaliteit en modulair ontwerp.

De O.E.M. Ring Wrapper is een ringwikkelaar met een stalen constructie die rust op vier kolommen. Het resultaat is een foliewikkelmachine die stabieler en robuuster is dan draaitafel- of armwikkelaars en daardoor hogere snelheden - tot 100 pallets per uur - kan bereiken. De O.E.M. Ring Wrapper is voorzien van een voorreksysteem waarmee de folie met 300 procent kan worden uitgerekt. Mede omdat de folie gedoseerd en onder constante spanning wordt aangebracht, is daardoor relatief weinig folie voor stabilisatie van de lading nodig. Omdat niet de pallet maar de folie draait, kunnen ook de meest instabiel gestapelde pallets probleemloos in folie worden gewikkeld.

Perfect gewikkelde pallets

De O.E.M. Ring Wrapper kan op elke hoogte starten en stoppen met wikkelen, zodat bijvoorbeeld ook gestapelde pallets apart kunnen worden gestabiliseerd. Het slimme folielas- en snijsysteem brengt een dubbele las bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur en lastijd aan, wat voor perfect gewikkelde pallets zonder loshangende folie zorgt. Dat betekent dat deze pallets geen storingen veroorzaken in automatische opslagsystemen. De O.E.M. Ring Wrapper biedt de mogelijkheid om automatisch een topvel aan te brengen, waardoor de pallets - afhankelijk van het wikkelprogramma - stofdicht of zelfs waterdicht kunnen worden verpakt.

Het unieke ontwerp maakt de O.E.M. Ring Wrapper erg eenvoudig in gebruik en onderhoud en goedkoop in aanschaf. Dankzij de optie voor een automatisch systeem voor het wisselen van folierollen wordt onnodig stilstand van de machine voorkomen. Het modulaire ontwerp met zoveel mogelijk standaard componenten maakt het eenvoudig om onderdelen te repareren of te vervangen. Omdat de O.E.M. Ring Wrapper een gestandaardiseerde machine is die seriematig wordt geproduceerd, zijn de productiekosten en daarmee ook de aanschafkosten laag in vergelijking met vergelijkbare foliewikkelmachines.

Snel te installeren, eenvoudig te integreren

Qimarox levert de O.E.M. Ring Wrapper uitsluitend aan system integratoren en original equipment manufacturers. De machine wordt standaard volledig bekabeld en met sensoren, motoren en besturingssoftware geleverd, zodat de installatietijd tot een minimum beperkt blijft en de integratie met de rest van het systeem zoals palletiseermachines, palletiseerrobots en/of transportbanen wordt vereenvoudigd. Uiteraard kan de O.E.M. Ring Wrapper volledig worden geïntegreerd in de Highrunner mk7, de palletiseermachine van Qimarox.
