Qimarox ouvre un nouveau centre de démonstration et d’essai à Harderwijk

Qimarox crée un centre de démonstration et d’essai entièrement rénové à Harderwijk. Dès l’ouverture à l’automne prochain, les clients futurs ou potentiels pourront y découvrir par eux-mêmes les possibilités proposées par Qimarox pour le transport vertical et/ou la palettisation de leurs produits. À cet effet, des systèmes entièrement opérationnels de palettisation, et de transport vertical et de tri seront installés dans le centre de démonstration et d’essai.

Qimarox a toujours proposé la possibilité d’essayer ses solutions, mais ses possibilités seront dorénavant bien plus importantes avec la rénovation et l’agrandissement des locaux de la Nobelstraat à Harderwijk. Dans ce centre de démonstration et d’essai, il y aura un Prorunner mk9 entièrement opérationnel. Cette machine très appréciée est utilisée dans le monde entier comme système de transport vertical, mais aussi comme système de tri vertical. De plus, toutes les possibilités d’alimentation et d’évacuation des produits pourront être essayées afin que les entreprises puissent tester avec leurs propres produits quelle est la configuration la plus adaptée.

Essais de palettisation

Outre le Prorunner mk9, le fonctionnement d’autres transporteurs verticaux de Qimarox pourra être admiré à partir de l’automne prochain. De plus, un nouveau système de palettisation perfectionné sera disponible pour essayer les possibilités de palettisation et d’empilage de différents produits selon des configurations spécifiques. Les clients futurs ou potentiels pourront alors constater de leurs propres yeux avec quelle précision leurs produits sont positionnés sur le convoyeur de formation breveté de cette machine, ainsi que le fait que cette machine peut gérer plus de configurations d’empilage que n’importe quelle autre machine de palettisation.

Essais à distance

Étant donné que les composants de Qimarox sont installés et intégrés dans le monde entier, tous les clients n’auront pas la possibilité de venir jusqu’à Harderwijk. Dans ce cas, l’essai peut être filmé afin qu’ils puissent malgré tout voir le résultat. Une autre possibilité est de suivre l’essai par le biais de la webcam installée dans le centre d'essai et de démonstration.

La transformation des locaux fait suite à la division de Qimarox et de Nedpack qui a eu lieu à la fin de l’année dernière. Outre un vaste centre de démonstration et d’essai, Qimarox disposera également d’un espace d’instruction et de formation moderne. Les partenaires intégrateurs de systèmes agréés pourront régulièrement y bénéficier de formations sur l’installation et l’intégration de composants Qimarox et les clients pourront y suivre une formation sur l’utilisation et l’éventuel entretien des systèmes. Qimarox abre en Harderwijk un nuevo centro de pruebas y demo

Qimarox está realizando en Harderwijk un centro de pruebas y demo totalmente renovado.

Los clientes nuevos o potenciales podrán observar ahí las posibilidades que ofrece Qimarox para el transporte vertical y/o la paletización de sus productos. Para ello se instalarán en este centro de pruebas y demostración un sistema de paletización y un sistema de transporte vertical y de clasificación totalmente operativos.

Qimarox siempre ha ofrecido posibilidades para hacer pruebas, pero la oferta será notablemente más amplia, ya que la sede en la calle Nobelstraat en Harderwijk se ha reformado y ampliado. En el centro de demostración y pruebas estará en pleno funcionamiento un Prorunner mk9, la exitosa máquina que se utiliza en todo el mundo, no solo como sistema de transporte vertical, sino también como sistema de clasificación vertical. Para las pruebas también estarán a disposición varios sistemas de entrada y salida de productos, por lo que las empresas podrán probar con sus propios productos cual sería la configuración más adecuada.

Pruebas de paletización

Aparte del Prorunner mk9, este otoño también se podrá ver en acción los demás elevadores de productos de Qimarox. Además estará disponible un nuevo sistema de paletización,  desarrollado a fin de probar las posibilidades de paletizar y apilar diferentes productos según ciertos patrones. Los clientes nuevos y potenciales podrán observar por si mismos, con qué precisión se colocan sus productos en el tramo de formación patentado de esta máquina y cómo esta máquina puede manejar más patrones de apilación que cualquier otra máquina paletizadora.

Pruebas a distancia

Debido a que los componentes de Qimarox se instalan y se integran en todo el mundo, no cada cliente tendrá la ocasión de viajar hasta Harderwijk. En esos casos, se graba la prueba en vídeo, para que ese cliente pueda ver el resultado. Otra posibilidad es observar las imágenes del webcam que tenemos instalado en el centro de pruebas.

Formación y entrenamiento

La renovación de la sede se realiza después de la división entre Qimarox y Nedpack a finales del año pasado. Aparte de un amplio centro de demostración y pruebas, Qimarox contará en el futuro con un centro de formación y entrenamiento moderno. Los asociados certificados del sistema se formarán ahí periódicamente para la instalación y la integración de los componentes Qimarox, mientras los clientes podrán apuntarse a un cursillo sobre el uso y el eventual mantenimiento de dichos sistemas. Qimarox opens new test and demonstration centre in Harderwijk

Qimarox opens a completely renewed test and demonstration centre in Harderwijk. New or potential customers can experience the opportunities offered by Qimarox for vertical transport and/or palletising of their products first-hand after the opening this autumn. For this purpose, a fully operational palletising and vertical transport and sorting system will be installed in the test and demonstration centre.

Qimarox has always already offered the opportunity to test, but these capabilities are greatly enhanced now the premises at the Nobelstraat in Harderwijk has been converted and expanded. The test and demonstration centre will soon contain a fully operational Prorunner mk9, the successful machine that is not only being used as a vertical transport system, but also as a vertical sorting system across the globe. Furthermore, all manner of systems for the infeed and outfeed of products are available for testing, so companies can test what is the most appropriate configuration using their own products.

Palletising tests

In addition to the Prorunner mk9, starting next autumn, the other product elevators of Qimarox will also be on display. A new, further developed palletising system will also be available for testing the possibilities of palletising and stacking different products according to certain patterns. New and potential customers can see for themselves how accurately their products are positioned on the patented pattern-formation conveyor of this machine and that this machine can handle more stacking patterns than any other palletiser.

Remote testing

Because Qimarox’s components are installed and integrated all over the world, of course not every customer will have the opportunity of travelling to Harderwijk. In that case, the test can be captured on video, so that they can see the result anyway. Another option is to watch via the webcam that has been installed in the test and demonstration centre.

Training and education

The renovation of the property followed after the division of Qimarox and Nedpack late last year. Qimarox baut in Harderwijk ein völlig neues Vorführ- und Testzentrum. Neue oder potentielle Kunden können dort nach der Eröffnung im kommenden Herbst mit eigenen Augen sehen, welche Möglichkeiten Qimarox für den vertikalen Transport bzw. für die Palettierung  ihrer Produkte bietet. Hierzu werden im Vorführ- und Testzentrum ein komplettes, betriebsbereites Palettiersystem und ein vertikales Transport- und Sortiersystem installiert.

Testmöglichkeiten hat es bei Qimarox immer schon gegeben. diese Möglichkeiten werden sich jedoch in Zukunft mit dem Umbau und der Erweiterung der Räumlichkeiten an der Nobelstraat in Harderwijk erheblich verbessern. Im Vorführ- und Testzentrum wird demnächst ein komplett betriebsbereiter Prorunner mk9 aufgestellt sein. Diese weltweit erfolgreiche Maschine wird nicht nur als vertikales Transportsystem, sondern auch als vertikales Sortiersystem eingesetzt. Palettierungstests

Videoübertragung von Tests in alle Welt

Weil die Komponenten von Qimarox weltweit installiert und integriert werden, wird nicht jeder Kunde die Gelegenheit haben, nach Harderwijk zu reisen.
